Free Flow Yoga classes offered at Beaverdam Park

Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism is sponsoring Free Flow Yoga on Tuesdays in September from 5:30-6:45 p.m. at Beaverdam Park’s Whitcomb Lodge. The fee is $40 for the whole month or $9 per day and the deadline to sign up is Saturday.

ZUMBA: Zumba classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays in September from 6:15-7:15 p.m. at Abingdon Elementary. The fee is $8 per day if you sign up for the whole month or $9 per day for individual days. The deadline to register is Saturday.

FIELD HOCKEY: Developmental clinics for field hockey for ages 6-13 years of age will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturdays from Sept. 16 to Oct. 28. The fee is $50 and the deadline is Friday.

STAR FALL GAMES: Gloucester PRT is sponsoring STAR Fall Games for ages 6-18 on Fridays, Sept. 8 through Nov. 10, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Botetourt Elementary. STAR is an athletic games and social program for kids with special needs. The fee is $15 and the registration deadline is Sunday.
